Wow what a wonderful place to stay it's very homely and the staff are very kind and friendly, the room was clean warm and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely served on the dot the gent who served it was brilliant 5* service, felt like home amazing
This a fantastic English country pub with all the delights that a foreign tourist could hope for. The fact that there is accommodation attached just makes it better.I originally booked for a couple of days but given its proximity to the Vobster Quay for diving (15 mins walk) I soon booked to return the following week. The accommodation was perfect and I certainly couldn't fault it. The meals were delicious and over the course of two visits staying two or three days at a time I easily made my way through the menu. Will definitely be heading back at some point!
I give this place one star because everytime my partner and my self have pulled up in the car park it's always been closed it's a shame because it looks like a very nice pub I guess we'll never find out as we've decided not to go back there again.
