24hr gym,a good place to train if your nervous about joining a gym as there are a large variety of people that use it.Plenty of cardio machines along with a nice amount of free weight and assisted machines.They have classes that you can book with a personal trainer or have them work out a program suited personally for you to help achieve your goals.What ive found beneficial is its air conditioned which is perfect during the hot weather.
